The OSSBuy QC Finder is your safety net. Before any product leaves the warehouse, this tool lets you inspect photos to confirm quality, accuracy, and condition. Skipping QC checks is a common mistake that leads to disappointment and extra costs.

What Is QC?

QC stands for Quality Control. When your items arrive at the agent warehouse, the agent takes photos of each product from multiple angles. These photos show you exactly what you are getting before it ships internationally.

How to Use the QC Finder

After your order arrives at the warehouse, log into your agent account and navigate to the inspection photos. Zoom in on logos, stitching, tags, and any areas that matter most to you. Compare the photos to retail images if you have them.

What to Look For

Check sizing accuracy by comparing measurements in the photos to the size chart you used. Inspect colors under warehouse lighting to make sure they match expectations. Look for defects like loose threads, scuffs, or incorrect branding. For shoes, confirm sole color and box condition.

When to Request a Exchange

If anything looks significantly different from what you expected, request an exchange immediately. Agents usually allow a short window for exchanges before the item is prepared for shipping. Do not wait until the package arrives to address problems.
